Spring 2010 Photo Shoot.

It's a good thing we didn't plan for an outdoor photoshoot today, what with the fresh snow we awoke to! Instead, we chose Betty's backyard, aka The Babs, for this season's lovely location! And boy was it lovely! We had the whole place to ourselves...beautiful remodeled hallways and stairwells, as well as dusty old Speakeasies and Nightmare on Elm Street-esque staircases. Fun, fun, fun!

Ryan, one of our lovely models, discovered a closet of curiously placed items in one of the empty bedrooms. Here he is inside it.

It contained a Tom Clancy novel and a box of Kleenex. What happened in this closet? A believable source tells us The Babs is haunted....do these curious and sad items belong to a ghost?

Does the ghost go on fishing expeditions in this hat? Should we tell it he could find a better one over at Betty's....

The Babs sure has wonderful flooring. We ate tater tots and drank Mimosas in this room. My belly kinda hurts now, but they helped us get through 5 hours of styling and stair climbing.

We highlighted many pairs of Betty's shoes today..... Christina is a talented shoe model, fo sho!
These Blowfish gladiator sandals are sweet.

It's pretty darn fun styling our models....it's like the adult version of dressing barbie dolls. I love my job.

This is what our end product would look like if we didn't have the amazing team of Tom Robertson and Ben Ferenz as our photographer/art director team....Not bad, but nothing compared to the great pics we'll have next week!

Lael really liked the doorknobs, so she did a series of product shots by herself in a vacant room. She may have been crying at how beautiful it all looked.

Betty says pastel and neon pearls work well together.

We tend to have a love-hate relationship with butterflies as bodily adornments. However, we like this one.
