Hecate is that juicy wine color that adds just the right amount of drama without the trappings of a drama queen. Hecate is semi-matte, so you can add less or more for impact. Shelf life: 6 months from opening
Apply with a clean finger or brush, the matte color is very potent and has incredible staying power. Use on the lips OR the eyes.
